Dated:5/2/2008 3:31:42 PM Turkey initiates expiry review of anti-dumping duties on tyres for bicycles The Turkish Undersecretariat of Foreign Trade, through Communiqué 2008/14, initiated an expiry (sunset) review of anti-dumping duties on rubber tyres and inner tubes of rubber for bicycles originating from the Peoples’ Republic of China, India and Thailand. Turkey had imposed anti-dumping duties ranging from 20 to 100 % for rubber tyres for bicycles and 50 to 100 % for inner tubes of rubber for bicycles originating from these countries in 2003.
